Girls on the Run Great Lakes Bay Spring 5K 2024 Volunteer Registration

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for Girls on the Run Great Lakes Bay! As girls from across our area come together to achieve their goals on 5K day, they will be depending on volunteers like you to help them shine!  We have many opportunities for individuals and groups of all ages! 

Equipment Set Up, 5:30-7:30am
Volunteers will assist the 5K committee with setting up tables, signage, moving totes of materials, and other set up as needed.

Merchandise Table & Set Up/Tear Down, 6:15-9:00am

Volunteers will help set up the merchandise table and collect cash or credit card payments for merchandise. The 5K will begin at 8:40am and volunteers will break down the station.

Registration Table & Set Up/Tear Down, 6:30-9:00am

Volunteers will help set up the registration tables. Volunteers will assist GOTR participants and Running Buddies with checking in. The 5K will begin at 8:40am and volunteers will break down the station.

Inspiration Station/Selfie Station & Set Up/Tear Down, 6:30-9:00am

Volunteers will help set up a table for participants and families to make inspirational signs, apply temporary tattoos, take selfies and photos, and more! Volunteers will assist with activities and keep the station tidy and ready for use. The 5K will begin at 8:40am and volunteers will break down the station.

Finish Line Medals, 8:15-10:30am
Volunteers will be there at the special moment when the girls cross the finish line. These volunteers will be hand out medals and lots of high fives!
