Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Girls on the Run Hampton Roads to inspire girls in our community! We are excited to serve and empower more children each year thanks to volunteers like you.

Please complete this form to indicate your interest in coaching in an upcoming season or getting involved in other volunteer opportunities. As we gear up for another fun season of Girls on the Run, we will follow up with more information about getting involved as a volunteer or coach, along with the applicable registration form based on your area of interest!

Coach Roles:

Coach: Any adult at least 18 years of age and out of high school. All coaches will be responsible for facilitating curriculum, positively engaging participants, and sharing other team support tasks.
Junior Coach: High school students between the ages of 16 to 18 years of age before the first session of the season.

General Volunteer:

Volunteer: Any adult at least 18 years of age who supports our council with different needs, whether that be in our office or at our 5K!
