Please list which two non-consecutive days per week and what times the teams will meet for 90 minutes. (example: Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:00 - 5:30 PM). This time does not include time for girls to change clothes or shoes.

Program Duration:

The Girls on the Run curriculum must operate 10 weeks, two days a week for 75-90 minutes per session during the academic school year.

The Heart & Sole 20-lesson programs must be offered for 75 to 90 minutes per session:

• 10 weeks, two days a week

• 5 weeks, four days a week

The Heart & Sole 10-lesson program must be offered for 120 minutes per session:

• 10 weeks, one day a week
