Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Girls on the Run WestSound, serving Kitsap, Mason, and Pierce Counties. Your contribution as a volunteer is crucial to our mission of serving and empowering more girls each year. We are excited to have you on board!

Please complete this form to indicate your interest in coaching in an upcoming season or getting involved in other volunteer opportunities. As we gear up for another fun season of Girls on the Run, we will follow up with more information about getting involved as a volunteer or coach, along with the applicable application form based on your area of interest!

Volunteer Roles:

Coach: Any adult at least 18 years of age and out of high school. All coaches are responsible for facilitating curriculum, positively engaging participants, and sharing other team support tasks.
Junior Coach: High school students between the ages of 16 and 18 years of age before the first session of the season. Junior coaches facilitate curriculum, positively engage participants, and share other team support tasks.
Site Liaison: Bring Girls on the Run to your school or local park! Work with us to start new teams and recruit girls and coaches.
5K Volunteer: Volunteer at our end-of-season 5K Celebration. With roles from face painting to parking, set up to tear down, we have a job for everyone! Families & groups are welcome!
Potential Board Member: We are always looking to meet individuals interested in bringing leadership, skills & lived experiences to our Board of Directors.
