Thank you for your interest in bringing Girls on the Run (GOTR) or Heart & Sole programming to your school or site! Character developement is the cornerstone of our research-based curriculum which creatively integrates running to inspire girls to be joyful, healthy and confident! This Fall 2024 Season, we are excited to launch our newest, most up-to-date cirriculum titled, "Hello, Mountain Mover!" Be assured Girls on the Run programming is more relevant to today's girls than ever!

As a program site, we will provide you with all the resources, training, and support necessary to deliver GOTR programming to your team of girls. Our intentional, inclusive and flexible curriculum shows an evidence-based impact on developing positive social-emotional skills in girls. Two times each week, 3 GOTR-trained coaches will lead small teams of girls (8 minimum to 15 maximum) of all abilities through a curriculum that incorporates running and other physical activities.

By submitting our site application, you agree to implementing the full 10-week/20 lesson program of the Fall 2024 Season. The season begins the week of September 16th and culminates with our 5K Celebratory in Manhattan on December 8th, 2024. Sites and teams outside of the Manhattan-area will have the option to host their own site-based 5K celebration.
