Girls on the Run Rhode Island strives to ensure that every participant has access to the necessary attire to participate fully and comfortably in our programs. Thanks to generous supporters like you, more than 175 participants received running shoes last year, and as more and more of our participants need proper running shoes, our current supply is getting low and sizes are limited. This year, we need your help to raise $7,000 to provide a pair of running shoes to 200 Girls on the Run participants across Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts.
Your support guarantees all participants have the tools they need to build confidence, resilience, and healthy habits that will last a lifetime. You can donate to our shoe fund here, or donate a pair or two in sizes 2-6 (including half sizes!) to help build back up our collection. Every $35 provides a pair of sneakers to a participant who needs them.
