Tessa was a light in our organization and our community, pouring her heart and soul into bringing the mission of Girls on the Run to each individual she engaged. Her positive attitude and desire to be of service to others has touched us all an immeasurable way.
Tessa believed in the mission of GOTRSD. She was more than our Program Director - she was instrumental in providing access and inclusion to every girl who wanted to participate in Girls on the Run.
Without Tessa, we are left with a void that we can never fill. We can, however, honor her commitment to our girls.
Tessa was most passionate about ensuring that those girls who needed GOTRSD the most had access to our program. It is our mission to continue this same commitment to access and we will honor Tessa's life by providing financial assistance to the girls who need extra support in the seasons to come.
