Empower More Healthy Girls
Help raise our next generation of leaders!
By donating, you will enable Girls on the Run NorthBay to empower healthy girls, encourage lifelong emotional, social and physical health and build confidence through the life skill tools gathered throughout the experiential program.
In the Spring 2022, 133 volunteer life coaches empowered 685 participants. A 33% increase from the Fall of 2021 and 78% of Spring 2019 (pre-COVID participation). We had 50 groups at 45 schools, with 60% who came from traditionally under-represented racial/ethnic groups and 60% of families receiving financial assistance. This year, we expanded recruiting volunteer life coaches in Napa County who are bilingual and facilitated the curriculum in Spanish.
Your donation to Girls on the Run North Bay will provide the revenue needed to support our goals to serve 1,100 girls with 75% low income families, including program materials, life skill tool kits, and curriculum development to ensure that all girls have the opportunity to participate in this uplifting program.
A Girls on the Run super star energy award of gratitude for making an impact in a young girl's life!
