WonderKids Summer Enrichment 2025

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

We are now accepting applications for the WonderKids Summer Enrichment Camp 2025: Color our World which will be held on the grounds of Hazen Union High School on weekdays from July 7 - August 8. Please note that although this camp is free for all eligible OSSU students to attend, capacity is limited, and students will be randomly selected from the application list through a lottery process. NOTE: Submitting this application does not automatically enroll your student into the program. We will contact you directly during the first week in May to let you know if your student has been admitted. 

This application has several parts: 

1. Participant Details: provide the name and requested information for Child #1. Select the first week of camp that you want your child to attend. You will be able to add more weeks on the next screen. If you would like to apply for multiple children, the form will ask you to "add another participant". You may choose different weeks of camp for each child if you want.
2. Parent/Guardian information: provide the name and requested information of the primary parent/guardian(s).
3. Approved Pickup and Emergency Contact Information
4. Policies and Permissions (Please read the policies you must agree to, they are linked in the information panel on the right side of the screen in orange text.)
