Girls on the Run 5K Spring 2025 - Spirit on the Course Signs

Anyone who has been to a Girls on the Run 5K knows that it is unlike any other running event.  It is a celebration of and for the girls who are completing a season of Girls on the Run programming.

Spirit on the Course signs provide a way for you to inspire and encourage your special girl(s).  For $25, a personalized sign with a special message for your girl(s) will be staked along the 5K course as they pass by. Even if you can't be there in person for your girl's 5K, it’s a great way to cheer on your special loved one! 

Spring 5K 2025 Order Deadline:

Please order Spirit on the Course Signs by April 19th.

Starting April 20th, sign orders will no longer be accepted.

The signs can be picked up after the race to take home as a reminder of their accomplishments!
