A Girls on the Run 5K is unlike any other running event you will experience.
From the time you arrive until the time you leave, the atmosphere is one big celebration! The girls from the Girls on the Run program, their coaches, their families and the community are all there to celebrate each girl's journey that got her to the starting line and celebrate the moment she crosses the finish line and realizes her full potential.
The 5k atmosphere is filled with positive energy, squeals of joy, dancing music, "happy" hair, tears of pride, loving hearts, and a supportive community that celebrates every single moment that will bring a smile to your face and warmth in your heart.
You will be so glad you joined us!
Our 5k is non-competitive so you can run, walk, skip or jog your way to the finish line and every finisher receives a finisher medal!
