Girls on the Run Heart of Missouri
Running buddies keep the girl safe on the 5k course and assist her in completing the 5k by motivating her to the finish line!
Community Running Buddies 18+ years of age. Community Running Buddies will be assigned to girls if the girl does not have a buddy. All community buddies are required to complete a background check.
Family Running Buddies 16+ years of age.
