Muddy Mamas Mud Run + Obstacle Course

Bag Check/Changing Tent: Manage participant check-ins, handle bag retrievals, and oversee the changing tent area. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the Gear Check area.
Beer Garden: Volunteers must be 21 or older. Responsibilities include pouring and serving beer, maintaining cleanliness, and organizing the beer garden.
Course MUDivator: Enthusiastically cheer for participants! Monitor obstacles and promptly report any safety issues or injuries. This is a great opportunity for families, friends, and organizations to volunteer together!
Finish Line Medals/Water Distribution: Distribute finish line medals, manage the water station, and congratulate the participants as they complete the run.
Floater: Assist wherever needed, as directed by the volunteer coordinator.
Greeters: Volunteers must be 21 or older. Responsibilities include greeting guests, directing them to registration, answering questions, and checking IDs for the beer garden.
Merchandise: Accepting payments via cash or credit (on iPad) and retrieving merchandise.
Mud Princess Table: Greet and register Muddy Princesses.
Obstacle Clean Up: Tear down obstacles, store them in the trailer, and clean up. Please bring cordless drills, old towels, and rakes.
Parking: Safely guide vehicles to and from designated parking areas and collect parking fees ($5 per car).
Registration: Check in pre-registered participants, distribute runner bags, and confirm wave times.
Start Pavilion: Assist in gathering Mud Run participants for their designated start times.
Volunteer Central: Check in volunteers and offer guidance and support throughout their tasks. Manage wristband distribution, oversee food services, and ensure hospitality for all volunteers.
Water Delivery: Replenish water for participant stations and volunteers.
Trash Pick-Up: Collect trash bags and loose litter from all stations.
Water Stations: Distribute water to runners as they pass by.
