The Girls on the Run of Greater Kalamazoo 5K is a non-competitive, celebratory event that follows 8 weeks of empowerment programming for more than 1,000 3rd-5th grade girls. The program blends 5K training with life skills, fostering self-awareness, confidence, teamwork, and a commitment to community - helping girls grow into strong, empowered young women.
