2025 Winter Rec League | Session Two

All swimming lessons are held at EmBe Downtown. All participants entering the water must wear a lined swimsuit.

Makeup lessons are only scheduled in the event of a pool closure at the discretion of the Aquatics Program Manager. Individual participants missing lessons will not be scheduled a makeup lesson. If your child is sick and has to miss multiple lessons, a doctor's note can be emailed to jjones@embe.org for a refund to be considered. 

Recreational Swim League is once a week for four-week sessions. Participants will practice at the EmBe Pool Downtown on Friday's from 6:30-7:30pm.

Participants between the ages of 6-8 years must be able to swim 25 yards freestyle.

Participants between the ages of 9-18 must be able to swim 50 yards freestyle with rotary breathing.
