Girls on the Run Sierras
Welcome to Girls on the Run! We offer 2 programs during the school year- Girls on the Run (3rd-5th grade) and Heart and Sole (6th-8th grade). We are a physical-activity based positive youth development program for girls in the 3rd through 8th grade. Our mission is to inspire girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running.
