Girls on the Run Greater Houston
Welcome to Girls on the Run and Heart & Sole! – a life-changing, non-profit program for girls in the 3rd through 8th grade. Our mission is to inspire girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running.
The Girls on the Run Greater Houston Fall 2024 Season will start the week of September 2nd. The coaches from your team will be sending an email with additional information for your first practice so you'll know exactly when and where the team will be meeting.
The season culminates with the Girls on the Run Fall 2024 5K - Saturday, November 23rd at 7:30 am at Rice University.
