Girls on the Run Eastern Iowa Spring 2025 5K

If you've never been to a Girls on the Run 5K, get ready for something special. If you have, then you know it's unlike any other running event. This run is a celebration of and for the youth participating in GOTR this season; it is a culmination of the 8-10-week social/emotional, movement-based program.

This 5K is a run, not a race. It will be untimed and noncompetitive. We encourage community runners to be inspired by GOTR participants and follow their lead by listening to your bodies, embracing self-confidence, and not only letting your own star power shine, but encouraging others to embrace theirs as well.
