At Girls on the Run we envision a world where all girls know and activate their limitless potential and we want the young girls at Howard Elementary to be a part of that vision! With your donation to this fundraiser you are helping us make that vision a reality - one where girls can navigate their lives with confidence and joy.
The true heart of Girls on the Run lies in the life skills our girls gain. Our curriculum emphasizes self-confidence, teamwork, leadership, and resilience—skills that are not only important for personal growth but will stay with the girls for years to come. Alongside any physical activities like running, the life lessons taught through GOTR provide valuable support in helping to shape strong, confident young women.
Gifts to Girls on the Run provide the revenue needed to support key program delivery requirements including program materials, curriculum development, outreach to under served
communities and scholarships to ensure that all girls have the opportunity to participate in this transformational program.

*The funds raised in this fundraiser are unrestricted funds. They will first be used towards the school specific program mentioned above. At anytime, if the aforementioned school opts out or chooses to not have the GOTR program at their school these funds will be utilized in our scholarship program for other girls in need.
