My last conversation with my father before be passed away in January was about my running, and he asked me what races I had planned for 2025. I shared my hopes of running the NYC Marathon, maybe even with a charity, and his eyes lit up. He was so excited and immediately started making plans to come to New York City to watch me race. Losing him so unexpectedly has made that conversation even more precious and pushed me to find a charity I strongly believed in to run the marathon in my dad's honor. I am thrilled to share that on November 2, I am running the 2025 TCS New York City Marathon for Girls on the Run NYC, a transformative running-based program. Because of Girls on the Run, participants gain a better understanding of who they are and what's important to them, recognize the value of team work and healthy relationships, build confidence to overcome obstacles, and know that they can positively impact and shape our world. I plan to match every dollar I raise for this amazing cause. Will you join me by making a gift to Girls on the Run today?
