I am proud to be on the board of Girls on the Run Treasure Valley, an organization working not just today but every day to realize its vision of a world where all girls can boldly pursue their dreams. Girls on the Run teaches girls a variety of tools to help them feel comfortable and confident in their skin! Once they’ve learned the magic of unleashing their confidence, they can tackle challenging situations now and later in life! I truly wish I had Girls on the Run when I was growing up! But we can’t do this work without significant community support. I need your help to make sure we can keep our promise that our afterschool programs can truly be for each and every girl, regardless of her family’s ability to pay.
