As a Board Member and Coach, I see firsthand how this program changes lives. GOTR gives girls the tools to believe in themselves, navigate challenges, and lift each other up. And honestly? It does the same for me. At a time when so much feels out of my control, this is something I can do: rally support, invest in our girls, and ensure they have a safe space to grow and thrive.
